Who handles your data

OVRPWR Nutrition, a Costa Rican supplement brand. For anything about your data, write to hola@ovrpwr.cr.

What we keep and why

If you join the private club we keep your name, email, WhatsApp number, the flavour you are interested in and, if you reserved, how many jars and whether you chose a subscription.

We use it for one thing: to tell you when the first batch is ready and arrange your order. Quantity and flavour also tell us how much to produce.

We do not store card details. There are no payments on this site yet.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the services that run the site: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). Each one handles the data solely to provide us that service.

We do not sell or hand your information to third parties for advertising.

How long

For as long as the club makes sense, or until you ask to leave. If you write asking us to delete you, we do it and confirm.

Your rights

Costa Rica's Law 8968 gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it and to have it deleted. Write to hola@ovrpwr.cr from the email you registered.

You may also go to PRODHAB, the Costa Rican data protection agency, if you feel we did not handle your request.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts.

The only thing stored in your browser is the reservation you picked, so the form knows which plan you chose. It lives in tab storage and disappears when you close the tab. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Minors

The club is for people over 18. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to do it for you.
